MacPaint - safeguarding your picture - when leaving your computer for a few minutes and don't want anyone to alter your picture, open one of the desk accessories and drag it all the way down to the right-hand corner so it is almost off the screen.  MacPaint will not be useable until the desk accessory is put away.  (This does not work with FullPaint.)
